Comtest Architectural Shielding Model: 1796-Series. Architectural EMI shielding has traditionally been provided by building individual shielded rooms of copper sheets or galvanized steel panels. These rooms provide excellent shielding, as high as 100-120dB. Medium level of shielding effectiveness in the 40-60dB range are mostly sufficient in hospitals, laboratories, computer center's and other electronic congested areas. The application of nickel/copper shielded wall paper rather then building a traditional shielded room, provide such level of shielding. |
